National Planning Commission Secretariat Economic Management Division Policy, Plans and Program Nepal's Plan The responsibility of the national plan formulation is carried out through this division. Ninth Plans had been formulated and implemented. Tenth Plan period is started from the year 2002. The plan documents from First to Tenth are as follows:
* Plan holiday in the year 1991. Mid term Evaluation is carry out in the middle of the plan's implementation period. Ninth mid term evaluation report is available here.
