A delegation from Vietnam, heded by Former Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh visited Honorable Vice-Chairman Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada, National Planning Commission (NPC) on May 30, 2016 at NPC. On that occasion, the Vietnam delegation made inquiry about the planning exercise/process of Nepal including the long-term development strategy. Honorable Vice-Chairman Dr. Khatiwada elaborated on the constitution transition and devolution of the planning and budgeting process taking place in the country.
